| I was Very Satisfied with the Outstanding Service I received at Create a Video in Mint Hill. Clint was the gentleman who helped me with my order. I had a family member pass away on Wednesday, January 13th & the Funeral was on that Friday Morning, January 15th, which only really left me 24 hrs to get memorial video made. I spoke with Clint on Thursday afternoon, I was able to send him some photos via email to get started on. I also was able to bring some more pictures to add in that morning I was picking the video up, he was able to add them which just took 20 mins. | It was amazing experience to come into Create-A-Video, meet with Clint , express my idea for a DVD honoring my deceased sister and in a short amount of time, have a product I am extremely proud of and happy to share with our family. I had an old VHS tape, pictures, an idea for a song, and Clint edited the tape, and with my suggestions, organized the pictures, and used the song as a perfect background to her tribute. I am truly grateful to him and Create-A-Video for the end product. | Clint was absolutely amazing in doing a dvd for my wife which was a surprise birthday present for me. He is a skilled person with a great demeanor and patience in dealing with the public. My wife had a few back and forth interactions with Clint during the course of putting the project together as he was able to do the necessary editing to attain the desired result for her.
